It is in the summer of 2020 that our new adventure began in Grande-Vallée. While vacationing in the region, we were immediately charmed by this quaint little town with the church and school overlooking the sea.

Passionate about the restaurant and hotel industry and having worked in that business for over 25 years, we always cherished the dream of having our own place.

It was after a fabulous dinner with friends that we had our first encounter with the hotel and decided that we needed to see more of what this place had to offer.

Returning the next day to visit, in room 214, we stood there with goosebumps and without hesitation we knew we had found what we were looking for all these years.

This simple exchange and our decision was made! A few months later we became the proud owners of Hôtel-Motel Grande-Vallée, renowned in the region for its great food and hospitality.
